We are in a "changing" real estate market. What does that mean? Who do you listen to and where does one get quality information?
First of all, it is a great time to buy real estate. Why. The prices are down for the first time in almost 7 years. The interest rates are still low. So why are buyers sitting on the fence?
What about qualifying for a loan?
